In this new episode, I interview Linda Coblin, a mindfulness-based wellness coach who specializes in helping highly sensitive, professional women struggling with fear and self-doubt, to trust their inner wisdom, so they have the freedom to live with more joy, balance, and ease. She uses mindfulness, and meditation strategies to help clients break free from limiting beliefs and create lasting habits that build self confidence, self worth, and the skills to live from their authentic selves. Even though she was a talented, active, outgoing, and happy individual growing up, her inner world was plagued by self-doubt, fear of failure, and a deep need to please others in order to feel worthy.
