Ecotherapy and Rituals for Navigating Seasonal Change with Natalie Jackson

Natalie is your go-to woman for vibrant health & simple living. As a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and YogaHealer and a Wilderness Instructor of 10+ years – she believes it is her mission to help willing individuals feel at home in their bodies, provide tools to manage stress, reset the immune and digestive system, and deepen their relationship with nature to flow in daily rhythm so they can experience instinctual health.

Today, Natalie guides a dynamic group to create daily habits that stick and self heal through ecotherapy, ayurveda, and behavioral science, within a high-vibe community. Her signature course, Body Align, is 12 months of wellness and support to provide sustainable results for the mind and body. Adventure is her middle name (actually it's Hope). Natalie and her partner, Lucas, have been on the road in their van traveling since the beginning of summer bikepacking, standup paddleboarding, camping, and jumping in cold rivers. Homebase is in their self designed and built tiny house of 5 years in Southern Oregon.
