How to Live Intuitively Using Human Design with Kezia Kraus

In this episode, I interview Kezia Kraus, a Transformation Teacher, Human Design Guide and Reflector 5/1. Kezia owns The Keys to Yourself with her partner Pontus, who was a developer for Jovian and worked on creating mybodygraph, the tool to find your Human Design.

Kezia was born in 1984 in Germany and when she was three months old, her family moved to the USA, working for and living in a spiritual community dedicated to the New Consciousness. She spent the first six years of her life traveling throughout the USA and Europe before moving back to Germany.

Her life has always had the perspective of seeking the new and looking for answers about the meaning of life. Kezia's search led her to study Art History and Philosophy of Religions, which she completed with a Master's degree in 2010.

In the same year, her quest for the meaning of life was guiding her to the Human Design System, which opened new doors for her. An inner knowledge, which was always a part of her, was thereby confirmed.

Most answers to questions that had accompanied her for many years and had sometimes unsettled her were all of a sudden cleared and answered. She could let go of so many behaviors and things that did not serve her, and she started to trust herself and her body's intelligence fully (again).

In the following years, she dove deep into the experiment with the HDS until she got her official certificate as a Living Your Design Guide. Currently, Kezia is living in Sweden with her partner. They are both 5/1 Reflectors, born on the same day, the same year.

They are raising their son according to his design, which is such a delightful gift they can give to him.
